It wasn't the easiest item I've ever had to assemble but all the parts were there and the instructions were fine. I had a hard time getting the screws all the way into the side rails so the casters on the drawers could fully close without hanging on the screw heads in the rails. I had it together for a week; I have both drawers filled with suspension files (quite full but not packed in any way) and the top drawer is already sliding off the side rail when I open it. This requires me to carefully remove and reinsert the drawer every time I use it. If I didn't already have everything together and the packaging hadn't already been sent for recycling, I would be sending it back. I am very disappointed that it did not live up to expectations. Looks very nice, but I won't buy again.
