It definitely covers the neck so it has helped my kids a lot with neck rashes from constant wetness (dental disease).
I would suggest keeping a close eye as it can go up depending on how small your child is and no one wants their children's face covered. I started using this on my baby at 3 months so of course she was always on my mind, she just stood up because she wanted to wear it!
- Keeps saliva in check - easy to use. Love it! The baby fits and the mother is happy!
- Nice, but I'm not a fan.
