Review on 🚽 Kohler K-GP30324-CP Cimarron Comfort Height Toilet, Polished Chrome - Compact Size and Stylish Design by Tuan Core

After only 2 years of use in a family of 2 (adults) who adhere to the mantra "What is yellow, let it mature", the plastic lever broke in the hole where it attaches to the handle is. (we live in a mountain town where saving water is a must) so it has not been used or abused. The Kohler rep tried to tell me it needs to pull at an angle or the breech needs to be replaced. No, the product must be made of better materials. Before you give up and buy another one of those "throw aways". Plastic I ordered 87115-CP which is made with a metal lever as shown. On the phone, a Kohler rep said he would work on my 4620 toilet, another said he wouldn't. Similarly, I've seen conflicting responses in a Q&A section on another site from people saying they are "Sarah (or Jane, or whatever) from Kohler", some saying yes, some saying no. I will update this review with my findings. UPDATE Just realized I never came back to confirm: 87115-CP *works* on our tank toilet #K4620.
