Item arrived on expected date. Everything was well packaged and in excellent condition. The small bag comes in very handy, especially when you need to carry treats, water, and exercise toys. I carry it to the park where I do most of my dog training and I love that everything I need fits in there and is easy to carry. My pup was mesmerized by the sound of the clicker and I can honestly say I never thought the clicker would work but it really does. The bell rope comes in very handy when I take my pup on hikes, she is a somewhat hyperactive dog and the sounds of the bell and whistle help get her attention. Overall I give this product 5 stars because it really is a complete package if you want to train your dog and don't know what you might need.
