Excellent quality, good service, wrong size

The dimensions should be in English because the resulting strip was too small. I need 8.75 inches to fit my wrist. There are also no metal clips to attach the bracelet to the watch. I am planning to replace it with a bracelet advertised as an "extended bracelet". although no dimensions are given.
