Love the concept of this kettle! However, I may have received a faulty one as the auto shut off feature never worked. The water will continue to boil rapidly until you manually turn the power switch from the off position. to the "on" position. My biggest problem was Chefman's "lack of product support". Using the Product Support tab through Revain, Chefman's phone support was pointless. Email support was very, very slow to respond. They offered a label for me to send them a kettle to investigate, which is good, but you get the feeling they're more interested in what you can do for them than what they can do too. To you. There was no word from them about a refund or exchange. In the end after emailing them more than once they were slow to reply that they could send an exchange although it would take more than 3 weeks and it had already taken 2 weeks to be offered after my request . Why wait 5 weeks for an exchange when Amazon is willing to exchange or refund money within 24-48 hours. I would say the kettle is a great product "if" it works safely, although unfortunately Chefman's customer care and/or support, responsiveness and acceptance are very poor.
