The product is of excellent quality, the metal body dissipates heat well. This is the second one I've ordered.

I usually don't leave reviews when I'm happy with a product, but this is an exception. I want to share a good experience. I ordered two hubs for my two sons Chromebooks, one from UPGROW and one from a well known brand. A well-known brand has damaged the Chromebook's power/USB port. I had to replace my Chromebook. Then the new Chromebook got hot next to the USB section so I decided to return another branded product before burning another Chromebook! At this point, UPGROW has been working fine for 3 weeks. So I decided to get another one of the same. And today I'm ordering the third for an Ultrabook. I think this is the best hub you can get and at a very reasonable price!
