Part Description: I bought this as a gift for my sister and we were never able to assemble it due to broken parts. Below is a list of the defective parts that I have emailed to Dorel Home Furnishings via Revain Customer Service. I ended up having to repackage and send this £60 box back because they couldn't send me replacement parts. I copied and pasted her reply below my list of damaged parts (which was also copied and pasted directly from my email) 1.) Part E, Part P, Part O - all bent with cracks visible - Model number - WM3514-XIJ .2 .) Part H (all three parts) - have large cracks in several pins and screw holes and cannot be used.3.) Part J- (1 piece) Large cracks in the pins/screw holes and cannot be used.4 . ) Part I - Wrinkled Bottom and Unfinished Page. * Answer * Hello, We appreciate the photos kindly provided and apologize for the inconvenience caused. that the device must be exchanged directly with the seller.
