Due to the great feedback from support I wanted to update my review. When I expressed my concerns to the seller, he offered to exchange the carrier immediately or refund my purchase price. I appreciate the company behind their product so I think giving them four stars is fair. They also said that they would use my feedback to improve the weather protection of this aircraft carrier. I can recommend this product based on the responsiveness of the company. My initial feedback was as follows: We had done 1200 miles in a few days and wanted a trunk for extra luggage. In many ways, this aircraft carrier has done well, but with one important caveat. It's not as waterproof as advertised. Our first day of riding involved about 3 hours of non-stop drizzle. When we got to our destination, I checked the contents of the carrier and noticed that some of the items were wet. Nothing spoiled but a few things had to be laid out to dry overnight. So if you only need it in dry weather, I can recommend it. I would suggest bringing duct tape to seal loose straps that can pop loudly when driving at freeway speeds.
