It didn't work at first, I found it was my HDMI cable. When I swapped out the cable and plugged it back in, it worked fine. The resolution is excellent, it's very simple and easy to use. I highly recommend it. February 28, 2021: This is a revised review as my previous one was inaccurate and I had to correct it.
