I usually wear 8-8 1/2 women depends on the company. I'm a size 7.5 because there is enough room in 7 for my toes to move a bit, but I have to wear insoles for my issues so 7 isn't big enough for them. 7.5 leaves too much wiggle room without insoles and thin socks, but still doable but perfect for insoles and thin socks. And if I want thicker socks, I can omit the inserts. They are beautifully finished and very comfortable even without insoles.
