Review on GenRocket by Kevin Harmon

The most useful feature was the ability for me as a tester to have access to data from all of my testers at one place. It's easy to understand how your team performs compared with other teams in the same department or across departments. I didn't like being able to only use this tool when I'm online during business hours. When you're not using it, it can be rather frustrating because there isn't much going on. This program gave us more insight into our teams' abilities but also made sure we were aware if anyone wasn't performing up to par so we could take action accordingly.
