Review on Achiou Touchscreen Thermal Elastic Anti Slip Sports & Fitness by Brandon Skeet

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Good warmth for short-term use. Can catch a cold if longer.

I work as a portrait photographer in Boston and I shoot in the winter. So I need protection on my hands so my fingers can work and hit the bolt. Unfortunately I can't get anything too bulky (and very warm) as it doesn't work well with a camera. It seemed like a decent deal at a good price. These gloves are cold resistant. I usually go outside for about 2 hours at 15-20ºF and by the end I still can't feel my fingers and they need time to warm up again. But if you're looking for a cheap pair for your daily commute, if you carry them in your pockets most of the time and only take them out to carry iced coffee a 5-minute walk to the office, you'll be satisfied with this one. The same goes for 15-minute walks between classes if you're a student. The touchscreen is finicky at times. I would say it works about 75% of the time. For the price, this is about what I expected and I'm not mad about it. I'm just glad they have good dexterity. And in any case, it handles most commutes well. The quality is decent too.

Pros
  • Chic design
Cons
  • Little things
