This product is garbage. This display is only slightly better than the 17-inch Monoprice. They have a tendency to melt/burn power connectors, which while easy to fix is definitely a concern. This happened on about 13 out of 17 devices. according to my calculations (not everyone bought from revain) usually after about 18 months, then after a few months the touch starts to lose sensitivity and after about 3 years of moderate, but not very intensive use, it really starts to demand something like a hard - a pointed pin or the end of a retracted pin for reliable performance. If they start showing accuracy or power issues, good luck with warranty service. They don't seem to care. When it comes time to fix it, be prepared to be amazed at the terrible build quality A piece of scrap paper used as a standoff to support the circuit board that houses the power and adjust buttons The touchpad is held in place with double-sided tape, but stick it on like a regular single-sided tape, although the backing has peeled off. There is no gasket or seal to prevent crumbs or dust from entering. Six of me are already gone with the trash and another unit has a foot out front. Save your money, don't buy that crap and buy a factory refurbished ELO display with APR, SWR or capacitive sensor for $320. Saving headaches and angry customers is worth the extra money.
