    Do not buy! - my new rating

    We bought 3 touchscreen monitors in October 2016. One lasted about 6 months and all three failed about a year after purchase. One had a black screen and the other two only had half of the touchscreen working. The warranty they offer is only 1 year. I do NOT recommend this product!

    The monitor arrived well packaged. Easy setup, just download the software, calibrate the screen and you're done. Depending on your screen resolution, you may need to make some additional adjustments such as: B. the size of the double-tap area. Great product at a good price.

    This product is garbage. This display is only slightly better than the 17-inch Monoprice. They have a tendency to melt/burn power connectors, which while easy to fix is definitely a concern. This happened on about 13 out of 17 devices. according to my calculations (not everyone bought from revain) usually after about 18 months, then after a few months the touch starts to lose sensitivity and after about 3 years of moderate, but not very intensive use, it really starts to demand something like a

    Very durable monitor and worth the money

    We bought this monitor in July 2012 for a POS. Now October 9, 2013. The monitor is on for at least 14 hours every day except Sunday. The touchscreen is still accurate, light and still as bright as the first time. It may not be an ELO monitor, but it has outlasted several of our ELO monitors bought around the same time. I would buy this product again. We use a USB connector and have never had to unplug it since the day we installed it. Additionally, we have never had to run the calibration…

    Great price: my review

    Bought five and am amazed at how well they work. The Windows 7 driver is perfect and the device keeps the calibration as long as you don't change the resolution. In this case, just recalibrate and everything will be fine. The 9-point calibration is very accurate, but the 4-point calibration is good enough for most POS applications since the buttons are usually large.     Great monitor, lousy stand

    It's easy to set up and the monitor works great, but we can't mount it on the included stand. The screws are too small and the holes don't line up (even if they did, I couldn't see those tiny screws snap into place). So now we are waiting for a wall bracket to be ordered separately.

    Legacy VGA input, can't replace VGA/USB cable, whole monitor broke within a month.

    I bought this to run a DMX show on an Intel NUC with Ubuntu. The display worked out of the box on Linux and was of usable quality. The touchscreen "worked" but was always upside down and upside down. This is an issue with me and Linux, not the monitor, and should not be addressed in this review (FYI only).     Buy another brand

    The monitor worked fine for Windows 7 and earlier, then added a new Windows 10 PC and sometimes it works. I called the company and left a message but they never called me back. Now I have to buy another brand. Also, as other reviews have noted, the screen often dims. I would suggest buying a different brand.
