The items we received are different from the advertised items especially those shown in the two tutorial videos in the listing. They just don't work in 12v landscaping systems. We've never had a problem installing landscape lights, but these lights just don't work. The first difference from the ones we got are those weird connectors with two pins on the end that are different. We figured you could just wrap a low voltage copper wire around two pins, I mean that should work, but no. Then we decided to cut off the end connector and twist the wires together. That should have worked too, but it didn't. The cables are very thin, maybe 28 gauge? So it's also inaccurate due to the cables shown in the video. And on top of that, the listing says you should get landscape connectors, and we didn't get those either. We try to return them for a refund.
