For the price I'm very happy with this camera. Battery Life: For me, it was a battle between the convenience of setting up a wireless device and the convenience of never having to charge the camera. But overall I was pleasantly surprised by the battery life (especially considering how much activity there is in the backyard with cars, kids, etc.). It also takes less time to charge than advertised, and you can adjust motion sensitivity, which can extend battery life. App: I'm definitely impressed with the features of the app. Take screenshots, give the device a name (if there is more than one), set the battery life, share videos with invited contacts, etc. The addition of an alarm clock was also a pleasant surprise. I could scare all my kids when it's about that loud. Camera: Very happy with the real camera. The wide angle is enough to capture activity on our front door, our entire driveway, and even the street across a few houses (see attached video). It's quite heavy for its size and looks well made (not cheap at all). Audio: Two-way audio is a great feature, and there's virtually no lag as long as you have a decent WiFi connection. Sometimes the sound seems to reverberate, but this may be user error (device too close to my phone). I can imagine bringing him inside temporarily if we had a nanny to interact with the kids! We will definitely be buying more to have in and around our property at this price. Definitely recommend.
