Flimsy Mold Ruined Dessert Presentation
This mold did little to help me in the kitchen and left me with a disappointing result in my dessert presentation .The convenience of it being silicone is misleading, as it was too flimsy to hold its form. The only positive is that it was dishwasher safe. Save yourself the money and the disappointment and opt for a sturdier mold for your home and kitchen needs..
- Flexible silicone material allows for easy decorating and molding of fondant and chocolate.
- Cleaning and removing remnants from the intricate designs on the silicone surface requires extra effort.
