I've just started leatherwork and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the items received. The needles are hard and thick enough not to hurt your fingers. The tools that come with it seem small at first but are actually perfectly balanced for the job and the filaments are solid although I was hoping to get at least one a little thicker but still very usable. The tape measure gets stuck in the mechanism when pulled out, but is functional again. I recommend to all beginners.
