Note that you will need to connect the old connector if it is not the same as in the picture.
Product as described and easy to install. A problem, but I knew that from the start, because the picture showed that the plug did not match the original, so I had to put the old one in the new one. Also at the moment it seems that the new one doesn't have fan speed like the originals but works for now.
