After years of using CHI it finally died and I replaced it with this one from Hot Tools. I was a little hesitant when I got it because it didn't feel as heavy as my old one, but I love it. It heats up very quickly and you can adjust the temperature as needed. Hair holds well, there were no problems. My hair is thick and difficult to style at times and this straightener worked as I hoped it would.
