False advertising - beware
I ordered the item based on the written description and the picture of the item; 4 eyebolts and ratchet strap. The kit only included 2 screws with an eyelet and no straps. I had to research the product further and read the only customer review - the same complaint as mine, written just 2 years ago. Thank you Revain for using feedback and reviews to improve their system in time to stop misleading customers. NO!
