Received the brush and started using it the next day. My hair is naturally curly. Pros and Cons: Pros- 1. Ease of use. 2. Heats up to 450.3. Good temperature range. 4. Good and safe packaging. 5. Good security function.6. For the price, it did what it was supposed to do for my hair. (Everyone's experience is different.) 7. Heats up quickly. Disadvantages: 1. The bristles are too far apart for my taste. This makes it difficult to evenly heat the strands of hair. 2. The position of the buttons is not the best. I kept turning the brush off and had to turn it back on. 3. It's overheated, so be careful after running for a while. Even though it has a 60 minute shut off feature, if you haven't finished styling your hair and need to turn it back on, be careful not to touch the top back of the product as it gets VERY hot. In general, my hair isn't very thick to begin with, but I have a lot of it. My best advice for using this comb: make sure your hair is clean, use a heat protectant, comb/detangle before use and section your hair for best results. This product won't be for everyone, but it worked for me. I needed a replacement for my straightening brush and got it with this brush. Hope that helps! Have fun shopping!
