I like the tart pan and I like the idea that you can take it out of the mould, which I did and it was beautiful. The only thing is, I found it a little tricky. I brought my tart to a party and you have to really be careful how you hold the pan or else your tart will pop out when you aren't ready for it. Then it was a little tricky popping my tart out of the pan because it involved loosening the outer ring while balancing the middle with the other hand, then once that was loose the outer ring slides on to your forearm like a bracelet (kind of a sticky mess)and then you switch the tart to your other hand to remove your tart ring bracelet. I might be making it more difficult than it has to be, so I will be working on my technique. That said I will be making more tarts because the first one turned out very nice.
