The little manual didn't have many instructions but it was easy to set up. Turn on the camera, connect your phone to the camera hotspot, then open the camera app and set up the camera. The camera had a blue light that was on its own, but there was an option in the app to turn it off. With other night vision cameras I could always see the red LEDs so you could tell the camera was there, but I couldn't see the red LEDs with this camera. In my photos you can see how tiny this camera is and the blue light when it's on. Also in one of my photos is a night view of a block that was about 2.5 feet away from me.
