More than half of the box is missing
Don't waste time and energy calling customer service about missing items. It's quicker/easier to just go back to Revain, take out a loan, and BUY ANOTHER PRODUCT. I have the organizer top and a flat gray part, no divider, and the gray part had no sides, so I don't think it was the bottom half of the box, just an insert that probably should be in the bottom half of the boxes? waste of time
