I love these ashtrays! I bought 2 of these and I think I will buy another one or two in a bearish future. What I like about them is that the wind doesn't blow the ash everywhere - I don't have to constantly deal with the stench of a full ashtray. I just close it and there is no more bad smell! - When the ash spills into the interior, it doesn't smolder further - They are very pretty and don't look like ashtrays - The hinged part of the ashtray is secure and a good size. It also has a notch that keeps the cigarette in place if you leave it in the tray. - Easy to empty and clean. - I think they're the perfect size. I hate a huge ashtray that takes up a lot of table space.
