Do not buy this brand. This is an awful product. I'll tell you why I really wanted to buy a high-quality filter system. I chose this brand because it is expensive. However, my experience was very disappointing. Initially I bought three filter systems from this brand and returned them because either the system leaked water or it couldn't be installed. Up to the third time I received a good product and successfully installed it. We used this filter from November 2019 to September 2020. After 10 months of use, the filter flow stopped working, which we think is normal, so we brought a filter replacement kit. from the same brand. Then the nightmare began! The first time we replaced the replacement filter kit was in October 2019. After a month and a half of use, the filter stopped working again. We thought it was bad luck so we bought a second set of replacement filters in December 2021. The second time, after two months of use, the filter stopped working again! We weren't happy, but we still bought a new set on 02/27/2021. Today is April 2nd, the electricity is almost at a standstill. It only lasted a month. The product was presented with a filter set life cycle of 2500 gallons or 1 year or as needed. We are a small family of just two people. Every day we drink no more than 10 glasses of 16 ounces of water per person. That's a maximum of 2.5 gallons per day. That means we use a maximum of 75 gallons of filtered water each month. How could the filter set stop working in such a short time every time? The filter system cost me almost $500 and each time the filter kit to replace the filter cost between $70 and $120. It's only $800. We tried it three times and each time the filter change only took a month or two and then stopped working. And I can't return all these unwanted products or ask someone to fix it! So don't buy! Save your money and your time!
