This bra is everything. I'm 5ft 2in, 150lbs and muscular. I ordered a medium size according to the sizing chart and it's perfect for my powerlifting workouts. I'll probably need the small size for higher intensity/impact activities. I don't usually like the cups that come with bras, but they were great and gave the bra a nice shape. The back straps are cute and the bra is definitely medium support. The fabric is dense and cotton, stretches well. I was concerned that the back straps would provide less support for the bra, but it isn't. Same good quality as any Lulu or other more expensive bras. We recommend.
