The quality of this product is excellent. The metal is undoubtedly strong enough to support any weight it is designed to carry. There was only one catch with the design and that was the size of the flat washers, which were too large in diameter, so I switched to split washers for the tie bolts. Otherwise, a file can be used to create a flat spot to fit the narrow spot where it will be used. 4½ stars.
