Unfortunately, my time spent shopping at XIANGLV's online store did not live up to my expectations in any way. In spite of the fact that they asserted to be a one-stop shop for all of your fashion requirements, the collection was uninspiring and poor. The shoe designs were cheap knockoffs that were badly manufactured and came apart after only a few wears, while the clothes designs were simplistic and lacked any kind of originality or innovation. To make matters even worse, the jewelry was of poor quality and was created on the cheap. It was a long cry from the high-grade accessories that were advertised on the internet. When I tried to get in touch with the company's customer service department, however, I was faced with employees who were useless and who, in general, lacked concern for my requirements as a client. In general, XIANGLV was not a good choice for your wardrobe, and if you are searching for fashionable and up-to-date things, I would not suggest shopping at their online store.
