Well made and durable product. Its simplicity is almost deceptive as it offers great convenience as its operation is integrated with the normal pivoting movement that raises and lowers the stand. I carry a short piece of 4x4 with me to use as a spacer which provided the extra height needed to unhook and attach my trailer to the ball on my truck. I don't need this piece of wood anymore. The only minor issue, for me at least, is that it hangs a bit lower under the trailer frame than my previous Sandpad and sometimes drags a bit when going over rough pavements. Driveways, gullies, etc., but so far this hasn't been a major problem.
