Nothing wrong with these steps except that they are not as square and tall as some of the foam steps I bought a few years ago. Chair than to jump up, she's getting on in years. As another reviewer pointed out, even after taking some time to catch his breath and get meat out of the packaging, it's more of a gently undulating ramp than an actual ladder, but it serves to get onto the smaller scratching post and / or an armchair to climb the lower level. She's a bit small for my bed (big because of the padding and gel pad) so she needs an extra jump as the stairs are only halfway up. My only real problem is the food. Of course it's inside, so you can't tell when everything is closed, but there are a lot (really, a lot) loose threads that I had to tuck in to at least zip the zipper up properly. I suspect it's going to be pretty messy when I have to wash it, but I'm not ready to go down that route to find out just yet. the best options in the same price range if you want *real* steps with right angles and more steps (you can choose 3, 4 or 5 steps) that suit you and your pet best.
