I have only used it when I have stopped taking other supplements to give my body a better chance to adjust. Can't tell if they work at all. If you want some sort of performance boost, don't expect too much or nothing at all. Bear in mind that they cost a tenth of some of the more authentic products. Other than that, the ingredient composition is similar to a lot of other things here. If you're considering one of the other brands that cost $40 or $50 here, you might as well use those. They are just as inferior to more expensive TBs as these. They all contain ingredients that have potential, but there are no test results to conclusively show that the products themselves show an increase. Even if you only gained 5 or 10 pounds in a month, remember that it's worth your money. Also keep in mind that these are large pills that have an unpleasant smell and taste. The other brands presented here will be the same. So if you want to try a cheap product, this might be it. At least the brand itself is well known in the supplement industry.
