Easy way (and free) tracking accounts

I like that it is very easy for customers to use as they don't have to know anything about computers or tech, everything can be done by an app which makes things easier than before. It allows me to track my customer's account activity and even give them tips from time to time to help keep them out of trouble. Not much at this point but i am sure there will be changes coming soon.
If your looking into something similar then go look into ewise. You'll love how simple it works if someone needs assistance you're always only 1 click away!
