This handle broke the first time I tried to use the jacks on my small (22ft) RV. The handle broke on the second of 4 leveling cylinders which put me in an unfortunate situation. The trailer was parked on relatively flat and stable ground so the stress on the handle was minimal compared to what they tout as the item's capabilities. I found that in order to get a refund or replacement I would have to return this defective item which means I would have to spend even more money to get a replacement or get credit for the defective part.
