I have been on a low-carb diet for a few months. At first the weight came off, but lately I've plateaued and my weight loss has stalled. I knew it was time to step up my exercise regime, so I hit the gym. Went in joy for the first time. One training session made me so tired that it took me three days to recover and start training again. Pretty soon I found that I was going for a walk once a week and then was spending more energy finding excuses not to go than exercising. I didn't like the idea of paying for a membership that I wasn't using, but I was too tired to exercise. I decided to try Impact and am very glad I did. I felt good on the first day of admission, but I didn't make it to the gym. On the second day, I trained and was surprised at my stamina. I was tired afterwards, but not bone tired to trudge amicably home. By day three I was able to force myself to swim extra laps and had enough energy to play softball later that evening. I felt energized for the rest of the evening and didn't have to struggle to get out of bed the next morning. Since day two I haven't missed a day at the gym, alternating workouts with swimming and even a few yoga sessions. My husband is very pleased with my new commitment. I didn't tell him I was taking Impact. He does the dishes every night because he knows that working out really exhausts me. Is it wrong not to tell him? LOL I don't know how Impact works and I'm not worried about why, I just know that when I take it I have energy to work out and I don't feel like a walking dead person for the rest of the day. I got on the scale this morning and lost 4kg. Goodbye Plateau! Hello Impact!
