I just received mine a few days ago. Little used, only a few times. It took a few tries to figure out the heat range settings, but overall not a bad device for the price. If you're primarily cutting thinner metal, up to 1/4 inch 110V will do. Use 220V for 1/4 inch and larger. I like the adjustable delay. I have two suggestions for the manufacturer: 1) get them a proper instruction manual. The one-page paper that accompanies it is a joke, and not a funny one. Get vaccinated for amperage and thickness, broken parts, etc. 2) Put a longer ground wire on it. I like a 13 foot flashlight, but a ground wire less than 4 feet long doesn't allow for longer range. I would prefer a switch on the front for security reasons. I find it strange when I turn it off, it takes a few seconds to turn it off, I don't find it right.
