I like everything about this article except one that I will mention after talking about the pros. Firstly it works as advertised, secondly it is sturdy and well made. Third, having USB ports right in front of you on your desktop is a really good idea. Fourth, it's surge protection. Fifth, the connectors are properly sized and built to last. Sixth, the USB ports are powered by a separate line and can be turned off without disconnecting the main connectors. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is the lack of spacing between the plugs. There should be room for 8 forks, 4 on each side, but each should only be a rimless fork and by no means larger than the main fork. I connected 3 connectors on each side and the 4th connector just can't be used because of not enough space. When I had to add a 3rd plug on either side, I had to move the plugs around until I could install all 3. I didn't even try to install the fourth one. This is a mystery, and if a product wants 5 stars, it can't be a mystery! So if you have 6 forks or less, no matter the size, you should be fine. But the picture shows 4 connectors on each side. Don't think you can use all 4. Most forks are always big these days. Make the product so that the buyer can use all plugs. Hence the lost star.
