Very useful tool that offers alot if done right

It works and can be very handy at times! Great product once it all makes logical sense to understand how we as businesses should use them (rather than just throwing money down the drain). Support is lacking by the time I came across support forums, they all had an age limit attached so not everyone gets to benefit from their help or tutorials with problems solving their own way round issues. You pay for what you get but after many emails back and forth and even having to go via chat where things don't always make much more of progress. Some parts are great like sending email newsletters out using a pre made layout which gives nice previews but sometimes when there's no one about in person I tend to end up doing things incorrectly. This has mostly been solved in newer versions. Make sure to fully read everything about setup / training before launching something into business operation. As mentioned above some aspects are better then others. The ability to create multiple message templates for different types of customers or products, and then use them in real time is very powerful. There are some quirks around the UI but they seem pretty minor and easy to work around. I'm using it to provide my users with more relevant content. I've also used it to display product recommendations based on what people have previously viewed or added to their cart.
