Review on YEOUTH by Jonathan Davenport

Revainrating 3 out of 5

I was dissatisfied with YEOUTH Company.

I had a lot of faith in the YEOUTH firm since they assured me that their skincare products would be of a good quality, they would work well, and they would be reasonable. But I'm sorry to say that my interactions with them have been less than satisfying. To begin, I found the website to be quite difficult to navigate and overwhelming. Because there were so many items from which to chose, it was difficult to determine which ones would be most beneficial to my particular skin type and issues. And when I did finally get around to making a purchase, the item that I ordered was broken and couldn't be used. When I tried to get in touch with customer service, I was confronted with people who were unhelpful and indifferent, and who seemed more interested in creating excuses than in finding a solution to the problem. But even ignoring those particular issues, the overall quality of the products hasn't left me feeling very optimistic about my purchase. Since I started using YEOUTH's products, I haven't noticed any discernible changes in my skin, despite the company's assertions that it uses the most recent findings from research and technology to develop its innovative formulations. In point of fact, a few of them have been known to induce skin irritation as well as breakouts. In general, I have a lot of negative feelings against the YEOUTH firm. It appears like generating a profit is more important to them than keeping the commitments they have made to their clients. They won't receive any more of my money or business, and I won't be able to refer them to anybody else either.

Pros
  • Technology that is at the cutting edge.
Cons
  • Unreliable findings.
