Not sure if people just picked the wrong batches of paper but all the paper I received was perfect for the watercolor painting style I used . The envelopes were the perfect size for the papers, I liked the right fit. They were sufficiently absorbent for watercolor but too absorbent for alcohol ink. I dare say I don't know it's only 50 envelopes as I've run out of envelopes to keep sending things. I don't mind if they aren't sealed as I use wax seals to send my gifts. Also, I had no problem erasing pencil lines on this paper as well as paper tape. Perhaps all of the complainants haven't experimented properly with their tools, or aren't skilled enough in the arts to use their paper, and expect a quality of material that, frankly, they find too whiny to call themselves artists.
