This item has arrived and looks great. I went to test my stream and when connected it just caused static images in my stream. My co-host thought it might be my laptop that can't handle video, but I had more stuff running for my work at the same time while watching multiple streams on a dual monitor more times than I can count. It also ran my Remote Play app without issue for months before I moved and had to switch to a capture card to take some of the strain off my current, less-reliable internet connection. I even went through the process of replacing the cables and making sure they aren't the problem, knowing that a cable with a kink or a defect can cause the same problem. When that didn't work we concluded it was the capture card itself and I sent it back for a full refund. It was a sad day for me and also for my community.
