Much more than it looks in the picture
This pointer is very durable and well made. I bought it for my beginning reader who sometimes loses his place while reading. I thought I could point out a word with this. I should have looked more closely at the measurements. It's huge! I expected it to be the size of a regular pencil. Lesson learned! ;)
