Here's what I got. Does it look like the product description? The ones I thought I bought are amazing! I love the feel of these mugs! But these cups are clearly not the same. But the most interesting thing is what these cups looked like. I want to take a picture I opened the outer packaging and these cups were inside, 2 rows of cups in total. And nothing else like in my picture. no plastic wrap/no shrink wrap/no protection/NOTHING AT ALL! Only empty paper cups in the shipping box. how is it hygienic How can you send such open cups? I was appalled and disgusted. I didn't even bother to return them because who knew I got them like this?! I'm so confused by how everyone says they have the right cups but they send me these
