I sprained my ankle with a normal running shoe. I needed something with support. It works well. It's good to walk on wet grass. Your feet won't get wet. The only negative comment is that they don't breathe like my other running shoes. My feet are hot and sweaty. Well, these aren't waterproof hiking boots that breathe.
- The waterproof hiking shoes Merrell Moab FST Mid were developed to keep children's feet dry in all weathers. This is a great benefit for hikers who may encounter wet or rainy conditions while hiking.
- The shoes I received are not the ones in the pictures. There is no velcro, just laces. Completely different shoes!
