What it should be

Works great. What I plug in doesn't slip out of the ports and I checked its continuity because someone posted that their connection was backwards. Everything is fine, plus is inseparable from plus and minus. The wire is thick, not thin, and does not appear brittle. The ends of the cords are fitted with protective plastic pads to prevent wear and tear. If you have a cigarette lighter always on, you can remove the red LED and solder the wire directly so it doesn't draw current.
