Well built but not very sharp
This egg slicer looks really well built by any measure - and I mean really, it must be amazing. The problem is that the wires, at least on what I have, are so blunt that they end up crushing hard-boiled eggs instead of easily cutting them like they should. They eventually cut through, but the result is that the egg is half deformed. Based on my experience I wouldn't recommend this, but I can imagine your mileage may vary.
