For me as a non-technical senior it was a quick, easy out of the box setup and quick start. . This HP ProDesk 600 was bought to replace a slowly dying HDMI tower. I play a lot of casual games, watch movies, series and YouTube and surf the internet. I really appreciate HP's responsiveness. I can't attest to my sons hardcore gaming, but this HP works well for my handheld casual games. Although this is a refurbished device, it looks brand new. It was well packaged with strong foam pads and a card with the seller's contact details and hours of operation. Also included is a keyboard and a wired mouse. (A wired mouse actually works better than the wireless one I have.) I only have one minor complaint: the drive is a bit sticky. But, hey, that's acceptable, right? That's such a great price. I feel like I really made it! I have an old HP Compaq that still works despite being excruciatingly slow (also bought after a refurb) and am hoping this ProDesk will be just as durable. I'm overjoyed!
