Superb Waterbed Mattress Heater
This is the second heater I have purchased of the same model. I love the heating when it works. The first lasted about 3 years so I bought another one exactly the same. I bought it in April and in December it crashed and burned. I hate a bed with cold water. Now I will consider whether it is possible to replace it or buy a new one. Damn! Update: I was able to get in touch with someone from customer service who advised me to just reset the heater control box and it should work again. I unplugged it, waited about 30 minutes, and then plugged it back in. He went back to work. So. Apparently only the heating had to be installed again. Hooray!
